Aloha! We're proud that Haole Island is a 2021 GABF Bronze Medal Winner in the Hoppy Lager category!
Haole Island is pilsner with a tropical twist. We start with a modest helping of flaked rice in the mash to give it a crisp, cloud-like body. Then we add Citra and NewZealand Motueka in the whirlpool to super charge this beer with tropical fruit flavor. After fermentation, we then dry hop with a delicate helping of Citra cryo to give it huge notes of mango and berry. This beer is perfect to squelch any thirst on a hot summer day or share it with your haole friends!

Mexican Lager 5.0% ABV

We first brewed this lager in honor of ‘Women’s History Month’ with the Women’s Beer Collective and the women of WestBrew! We are looking forward to bringing this one back every year! We start with Barke Pilsner and a touch of Golden promise, to give it a nice light golden color. The slightly malty body is rounded out nicely with the addition of flaked maize in the mash, which gives this beer a nice tortilla chip flavor on the end. A huge helping of New Zealand Motueka in the whirlpool boosts Liquid Sol with huge notes of lime zest and sweet fruit flavor.
El Capitan Pilsner
German Pilsner
5.2% ABV
Hops: Tettnang, Hallertau Blanc, Amarillo

WestBrew Pils is a traditional Style German Pils with a WestBrew twist. A German pils by definition is the most bitter, and most carbonated version of the German Pilnser category. This beer starts with 100% Heidelburg Pilsner malt giving it a very bright color. Its crisp taste is attributed to the dryness of the beer along with a decent helping of hops at the bittering stage to give it a nice bite. The finish is
very clean because of that added carbonation. Where this beer differs than most traditional style German Pils, is we add a modest helping of
Amarillo hops in the whirlpool for a nice lime zest flavor on the nose as well as in the beginning of your first sip. PROST!
WestBier Marzen Lager
German Style Oktoberfest Lager
5.1% ABV
Hops: Cascade
Carbonation: Medium
Our Marzen is a seasonal favorite and we brew it in honor of Oktoberfest with some delicious caramel-y malts like Barke Munich and Caramel Steam, that lend toasty flavor and sweet notes of caramel. We use Cascade hops in the kettle to add a West Coast twist without losing that malty, roasted favor we love. PROST!
