American Blonde Ale
Hops: Cascade, Tettnang, Lemondrop
WestBrew Blonde is a traditional style American Blonde
Ale that features a decent helping of Lemondrop in the whirlpool. The
blonde is a light to medium body blonde ale with medium carbonation. The aroma is a very floral bouquet of slight biscuit malt with lemon peel undertones. The beer starts with a slight melon taste and nice malt backbone at the end to round out this easy balanced blonde ale.
Australian Style Pale Ale
Hops: Mosaic, Waimea, Wakatu
Mosaic Surfer is an Australian pale ale that has very mild malt notes from the Idaho pilsner but finishes extremely dry. The balance between malt flavor and dryness really brings out the dank notes from the Waimea hops. The Mosaic and Wakatu add to the tropical flavor that packs a serious punch. With notes of papaya, berry, and mango, this beer is multidimensional. It starts with a very big burst of flavor, with a very dry and slightly dank finish, giving this beer a very well rounded flavor profile.
