Hops: Mosaic cryo, Mosaic Incognito, Citra

This San Diego style IPA is perfect for baseball season. Made with a good helping of flaked rice and Talisman Pilsner, its body is light and airy with a silky smooth finish. This beer explodes with notes of berry on the nose. Its packed with juicy notes of sweet fruit flavor that lingers on the palate with a nice clean, citrus finish. Perfect beer to crush on a hot day at Petco Park or wherever you are watching the Padres play!

Hops: Cascade, Columbus, Galaxy, Simcoe 

Carbonation: Medium-high
This IPA features Galaxy and Simcoe whirlpool additions to give it a charge of pineapple, tropical fruit, and citrus. With a medium to lower bitterness, this beer drinks smooth, while finishing slightly resinous for all you hop lovers.

San Diego Style IPA

Hops: Mosaic, Sabro, Idaho-7, Talus, HBC-692

Carbonation: Medium-high

This beer was produced for those who have served, or are serving currently. Yakima Chief Hops has a team of veterans who hand select a blend of 5 hops each year for a Veteran's Day collaborative project for breweries to take part in across the country. This year's blend had a wife variety of flavors. Anything from nice pink grapefruit, a woodsy aroma, coconut and tropical flavors.

New England Style IPA

Hops: Rakau, Citra, Motueka

Carbonation: Medium 

Brewed with massive amounts of oats and flaked wheat this hazy IPA has the body similar to drinking a glass of clouds. (if that’s even possible.) Packed to the brim with New Zealand Motueka, Rakau, and North American Citra, this beer bursts with stone fruit, honey-dew, peach, and pineapple.

American Light Lager

Carbonation: Light

This is our crisp version of the big name light beers- coming it at a session-able, lower ABV, this beer is balanced and sweet without being too malty. A perfect punch of hops, mellowed out with notes of corn and rice. We're making it easy to choose craft over big beer with this refresher. Cheers!

Hops: Nelson Sauvin, El Dorado

Mojave Haze is an extremely smooth, jam-packed IPA, with heavy stone fruit and grape characteristics and a pineapple aroma. It features a pillowy mouthfeel and full bodied cloudy blueberry and stone fruit finish. Truly a showcase of these amazing hops.

Single hoped to showcase Citra hops. This Double Hazy IPA has tropical fruit characteristics with a peach and lemon aroma. 

Super Session IPA

Hops: New Zealand Cascade, Citra, Simcoe

Carbonation: Medium

Braaap is the sound of the desert! This super session, low ABV beer is our tribute to the sandy Ocotillo desert. Perfect for exploring the desert and playing in the dunes without having to worry about getting too tipsy! The hops we used allow for a fragrant hop aroma with fruity and earthy notes. It packs a bunch and gives the flavor of a higher ABV beer, while allowing  you to have a couple and stay frosty! Cheers to that!
